Childhood Immunization
One of the best things you can do for your child is to vaccinate them against disease. Our experienced staff can help provide you and your family with vaccine information to give you more confidence about this important healthcare decision.

Our integrated care team empowers patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma, and more. with individualized plans to fit their healthcare needs. We aim to help improve your quality of life and reduce complications associated with your disease by teaching you the skills you need to take back control of your health. Our holistic approach encompasses all aspects of your care, from medication compliance to meal and exercise planning.
Gynecological Services
We provide comprehensive women’s health services, including women's exams and screenings, and treatment of reproductive and sexual health conditions. Our GYN services include pap smears which are important for cervical cancer screening, hormonal therapy replacement, and several options for contraceptive therapy. Our professional health care providers recommend that pap smears be conducted at least every 3 years to screen for cervical cancer. We also provide a full range of birth control options to help you take charge of your reproductive and sexual health. Our team is knowledgeable and equipped to answer all your questions about which contraceptive is right for you.
Sick Visits for Children and Adults
We know sick visits are not planned for you or your children, and often it can be difficult to see your primary care doctor the same day. Our team provides examination and treatment for colds and coughs, fever, flu, sprains and strains, upper respiratory infections, and other ailments for you and your family. Our goal is to provide daily available sick visit appointments for our patients to prevent or minimize visits to urgent care facilities or the emergency room.
STI/STD Testing
Your sexual and reproductive health are crucial to your health. If left untreated, STDs can impact your health in a big way. We provide STI/STD screenings for sexually active men and women to help you stay healthy.
School and Work Physicals
If you need a physical health examination for work or school, our trained staff will check your overall health. We however are NOT currently certified to provide DOT physicals. These exams ensure wellness by monitoring how your body is performing.
